We are a couple of nomads who met guiding in Southern Utah. We have traveled the globe and want to share our favorite places with more people in a sustainable way. We love teaching, adventure and people. It only makes sense that we would want to combine them all into our ultimate dream.

RAENA CATON
Raena grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah by a family who loved the outdoors. She spent her downtime assisting her mother on adventure trips to Iceland, Hawaii and Italy. When she realized she could get a degree in Guiding, there wasn't a question. She got a Bachelors of Science in Adventure and Outdoor Programming at The University of Utah. She proceeded to guide canyoneering, hiking and backpacking for the next 10 years with different companies like REI Adventures, GAdventures and Far and WIde Explorations. Climbing is her own favorite personal hobby but Canyoneering is by far her favorite to guide!
CHAD CATON
Chad grew up in Worchester, Massachussetts and fell in love with the outdoors early on from childhood trips to Acadia National Park! He spent much of his adult life in education and The Coast Guard before deciding to do a NOLS (National Outdoor Leadership School) Semester and pursuing guiding out west. He did his Wilderness EMT and excelled at guiding Canyoneering, Backpacking and Climbing in Springdale, Utah. He continued guiding for the next 12 years and wouldn't change it for anything! He is passionate about the outdoors but even more passionate about people!
Chad and Raena met in Springdale, Utah just outside of Zion National Park in 2016. Chad was a Canyoneering, Backpacking and Climbing guide at Zion Adventure Company. Raena just started at Zion Adventure Company for her internship for her final semester of her Bachelors Degree. Chad was a great mentor and together they found themselves traveling all over the southwest, guiding and exploring new places. They started their own guide business and continued to take people to the places they love the most. Since getting married in 2022, they spend part of the year in South Carolina and the rest in Utah so they can get the best of both sides of the country!
